Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your items are shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. The following are approximate delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA):  3-7 business days

We are not responsible for hair arriving after your appointment. Schedule your appointment once you have received your package. No refunds will be issued.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is dispatched to the shipping courier.
